Chief Executive Officer: Christophe, a graduate from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications, joined Netgem in July 2009 with more than 20 years of experience in business development and management of international organizations in the technology sector in companies such as Microsoft where he held positions of President for South Asia Region and for France.Jean-François Galtier
Deputy General Manager: Jean-Francois Galtier is a specialist in Internet service platforms with seven years' experience as an IT consultant and four years as director of the Technical Pole (multimedia, VOD, UMTS...) of Monaco Telecom. Vice-President France & Operations: Engineer of the Arts & Metiers, Jean-Yves Blot benefits from an experience of more than 20 years in the different jobs like industrialization, from the production, from the quality and from the logistics within the groups Thomson, Johnson Controls and Safran where he is in charge of the plant manager of many plants manufacturing in France and in foreign. Chief Financial Officer: Charles-Henri Dutray joined Netgem in 2010 after 13 years in Investment Banking. Previously, he was Director at Oddo Corporate Finance for 5 years, specialized in Debt and Equity capital markets for small & midcaps, and achieved numerous IPOs and capital or structured debt raising. Before, he worked for Credit Agricole CIB, first as a member of International Audit (Inspection Générale), then as a debt and derivatives specialist for corporate customers. Chief Legal & HR Officer: Caroline is a 15 years certified Business Lawyer. She has started her career within a law firm and the European Institutions in Brussels before joining in the Telco market (Tiscali International Network) and entertainment (VFEG) markets. VP Marketing & Business Development: Yann Courqueux joined Netgem after 15 years working for the Technicolor Group (formerly known as Thomson) as international TV and technology strategist and marketing professional. He is responsible for accelerating Netgem's market share and the development of products that enable innovative and fast-to-market deployments. The Board of Directors determines Netgem's strategy and its commercial development. It examines and takes decision on many matters regarding the on-going affairs of the group. It approves the annual accounts and calls for the General Shareholder’s Meetings.

(1) Co-founder, shareholder and former CEO of Netgem SA, Mr Guillaumin is also a relative of Mr Haddad (brother-in-law). The other Board members have no family links with the Company management.
