Netgem Announces Consolidated 2010 First Half Results
France, Neuilly-sur-Seine September 1 2010. First Half of 2010 Results
Since January 2010 the Netgem Group has refocused on its core technology business, operating profits for the first half of 2010 stood at €25.9 million, up 34% on a like for like basis1 on the previous year, whilst revenue increased by 6%2 to € 74.3 million.

Telekom Slovenia Chooses Netgem's Next Generation Hybrid IPTV Service

Telekom Slovenia (www.telekom.si) today announced the deployment of Netgem's smart Set Top Box technology and NetgemTV middleware to upgrade its legacy IPTV infrastructure From September 1, 2010, Telekom Slovenia will use Netgem's intelligent client solution to roll out tailored applications to customers, building upon the operator's existing bouquet of entertainment services to ensure it fulfil its long term connected home roadmap.

Netgem Outlines Its Vision For The Connected Home @ IBC 2010
Paris, France. July 19, 2010. Netgem today confirmed its participation at this year’s IBC (www.ibc.org) in Amsterdam, where it will showcase its latest technology developments. At the event Netgem will demonstrate the new functionality offered by its hybrid media centre STB range and highlight the new business opportunities offered by upgrades to its home networking functionality. The company will also show the latest enhancements to its NetgemTV middleware platform, including social media integration and a new 3D carousel.

• Netgem has announced consolidated revenue of €74.3 million in the six months ended June 30th, 2010, up 6% on a like-for–like basis.
• The Group’s first deliveries in Australia, Algeria, Malta and Monaco contributed to a substantial upswing in sales excluding SFR, rising from €1.3 million in H1 2009 to €12.5 million in H1 2010 (x 9.7). The Group has made this indicator the key measure of its performance in 2010.
• Deliveries to SFR not surprisingly reflect the maturity of the French market.
