Third Quarter 2016 Revenue

For the quarter ending September 30th, 2016, Netgem announces a consolidated revenue of € 19.7 million, bringing the consolidated revenue for the first 9 months of 2016 to € 58.8 million, a 3% decrease compared to the same period in 2015.

As communicated previously, Netgem expects a positive growth of its gross profit and results on a full year basis, reflecting the growing positive impact of the SaaS business model (“Software as a Service”) and the streamlining of its B2C business.

Netgem’s customer Netia has 14% more TV customers than 2015, and also 41% of its broadband subscribers opted for the TV services

The Polish alternative telco Netia ended the second quarter with 172, 300 subscribers to its Telewizja Osobista (“Personal Television) service.

This was 14% more than a year earlier and a 2% increase on the Q1 total.

In its latest set of results, the company notes that 41% of its broadband subscribers also opted for the TV service in Q2.

 

Furthermore, the biggest drivers for growth for Telewizja Osobista were completely new customers, the modernisation of the company’s NGA network and the base of former Aster subscribers.

Netia’s revenues in Q2 amounted to PLN386,874,000 (€89,658,800), or 1.7% more than in the corresponding period last year. Consolidated EBITDA was PLN115,113,000 (4.8%) while consolidated net revenues stood at PLN23,701,000, or over three times the PLN,6564,000 posted a year earlier.
