    Former student of the Polytechnique French School and ENST (Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécoms), Joseph Haddad created his 1st software company in 1987 and developed it internationally, then selling it to IBM in 1990. After 2 years in the USA, he became a business angel through his family company ‘J2H’, which is then turning into Netgem in 1996. Joseph Haddad is today the main shareholder and CEO of Netgem.

  • Mathias Hautefort

    Mathias Hautefort is CEO of both NETGEM Group and Vitis. Vitis is a subsidiary of Netgem Group and was founded in 2016 with the support of external shareholders – the French Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations and the Groupe Oceinde -. Vitis is a Fiber ISP dedicated to the development of high-speed Internet on open-access networks, through innovative offers combining technology and content.

    Before joining Netgem Group in 2011, Mathias gathered expertise in local and global industrial and Telecom topics. After starting his professional life at the French Ministry of Finance and Industry, Mathias joined SUEZ Group as COO of Lyonnaise Câble (Noos) in 2000. From 2005 to 2007, he was CEO of Viaccess, a branch/subsidiary of the Content department of the French telecom company France Télécom, after which he was appointed Deputy CEO of Infogrames (Atari), and he became CEO of Pace Europe in 2008.

    Mathias Hautefort, 51, is a graduate from Ecole Polytechnique and ENST (Corps des Mines).

    Sylvain joined the Executive Committee of Netgem in 2015, initially establishing the London office to run ‘EE TV’ as a Managed service. With a strong leadership background in both ‘start-up’ (he founded one of the first ISPs in France) and Fixed and Mobile Telecom operators (running large P&Ls for Vodafone, TalkTalk, EE), Sylvain brings more than 20 years’ commercial experience and now leads Netgem’s Operator solutions across the world, focused on driving Netgem expansion with new products and new customers.

  • Jean-Francois Galtier

    After studying at ‘Ecole Supérieure d’informatique’ in Paris, Jean-Francois kicked off his IT career at SQL in 1993, followed by a few years at Simulog and Aucland, running R&D and Operation teams. He then entered the Telecom world joining the Telco Monaco Telecom, finally joining Netgem in 2005 as CTO, where he’s been operating for 12 years from Paris.

    Alain Floch a rejoint Vitis en tant que Directeur Financier en 2016 au moment de sa création. Il a auparavant exercé différentes fonctions en finance au sein du groupe Philips Electronics parmi lesquelles Trésorier groupe de Philips France, Corporate Controller de Philips Consumer Communication et Directeur Financier de la division  Set Top Box. Il a ensuite rejoint Pace Europe en tant que Directeur Financier puis a exercé plusieurs années en tant que consultant en Finance d’entreprises auprès de PME en France et à l’étranger.  Alain Floch est diplômé de l’Ecole Centrale de Lille.
