Joseph Haddad
Graduate from the Polytechnique French School and ENST (Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécoms), Joseph Haddad created his 1st software company in 1987 and developed it internationally, then selling it to IBM in 1990. After 2 years in the USA, he became a business angel through his family company ‘J2H’, and in turn founded Netgem in 1996. Joseph Haddad is today the main shareholder and Chairman of Netgem Group.

Mathias Hautefort
Mathias Hautefort is CEO of both NETGEM Group and Vitis. Vitis is a subsidiary of Netgem Group and was founded in 2016 with the support of external shareholders – the French Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations and the Groupe Oceinde -. Vitis is a Fiber ISP dedicated to the development of high-speed Internet on open-access networks, through innovative offers combining technology and content.
Before joining Netgem Group in 2011, Mathias gathered expertise in local and global industrial and Telecom topics. After starting his professional life at the French Ministry of Finance and Industry, Mathias joined SUEZ Group as COO of Lyonnaise Câble (Noos) in 2000. From 2005 to 2007, he was CEO of Viaccess, a branch/subsidiary of the Content department of the French telecom company France Télécom, after which he was appointed Deputy CEO of Infogrames (Atari), and he became CEO of Pace Europe in 2008.
Mathias Hautefort, 51, is a graduate from Ecole Polytechnique and ENST (Corps des Mines).

Sylvain Thevenot
Sylvain joined the Executive Committee of Netgem in 2015, establishing the new ‘Managed Services’ division in London focused on developing the end-to-end service business, initiated with ‘EE TV’, and now expanded to many more operator customers of Netgem.
He brings 25 years of international experience, built on a strong leadership across both ‘start-ups’ (he founded one of the first ISPs in France) and Fixed and Mobile Telecom operators (running large P&Ls for Vodafone, TalkTalk, EE). Sylvain is now ‘Chief Commercial & Customer Officer’ (C3O) with key focus on Sales & Marketing, running all customer facing activities across B2B operators, as well as B2B2C and B2C services (starting in UK and France).

Jean-Francois Galtier

Jean-Francois Galtier
Graduate of the ‘Ecole Supérieure d’informatique’ in Paris, Jean-Francois kicked off his IT career at SQL in 1993, followed by a few years at Simulog and Aucland, running R&D and Operation teams. He then entered the Telecoms world joining the Telco Monaco Telecom, and finally joined Netgem in 2005 as CTO, where he is in charge of Technical operations, and leads the Product Roadmap of Netgem across all software and hardwares solutions.
